Conditions to participle:
All of the work presented in the festival must have been aired, published, or marketed fromJanuary 1st, 2007 (*) until the closing date of the festival application period. In addition, the work cannot have been presented in any of the previous editions of El Chupete. We will not accept any fictitious works or works aired, published, or marketed prior to January 1st, 2007.
Works created in any country can be submitted in El Chupete as long as they have been aired, published, or marketed in the country from which you submit the work.
On the other hand, the festival includes a variety of conferences and roundtables directed to advertisers, agencies, and research and teaching professionals related to kids communication.

(*) The Spanish work must have been aired, published, or marketed from January 1 st , 2009 , always when the work cannot have been presented in any of the previous editions of El Chupete.
