1. Attending as a participant of the festival includes attending the conferences, the round table, the awards ceremony and a “cocktail ticket”. The price of attending is €290 (excluding taxes).

2. Each registered participant has the right to register one accompanying person, which includes access to the same activities of the festival, but with only one “cocktail ticket”. The price of the participant plus an accompanying person is €350 (excluding taxes).

3. The “cocktail ticket” is only included in the price of the participants. The accompanying person or those that would like to acquire the “ticket” can do so for the price of €30 (excluding taxes).

4. The organization has reserved some hotel rooms during the dates of the festival for those attending the event. The number of rooms is limited and will be made available on a first come first serve basis.

5. The organization reserves the right to deny registration of additional participants due to capacity limitations.

6. Participant registrations must be submitted by June 25nd, 2010.

7. Once the deadline has passed, all registrations must be made at the accreditation table of the headquarter of the festival during the dates of the actual festival, without guarantee that the participant will be admitted for the reasons previously mentioned.

8. To cancel the registration of any type of participant or to cancel a hotel reservation it is necessary to notify the festival offices in writing prior to May 31st. In that case the applicant will be reimbursed.
