HOW TO APPLY

1º Submitting Information
The submission of information of the work or campaign can be done:
- Online through our web page 
2º Application Fees
Paying the application fees can be done the following ways:

- Through the payment point of the online application system of the festival

- By sending a check to "TITANIUM PROJECTS S.L." for the amount of the application together with the payment form, to the Festival offices.

- By bank transfer to: "TITANIUM PROJECTS S.L." sending proof of the transfer along eith the payment form

3º Sending the material
CINEMA/TV
CINEMA/TV

It is possible to submit individual commercials and campaigns of up to four films that are associated with the same advertiser or product. Commercials cannot be longer than 120 seconds in duration.

Commercials submitted to compete for a producer or media headquarters will need written autority from the advertising agency or advertiser.

Material:

- Send two copies in Betacam Digital or Betacam SP in Pal 625 format for each submission to the organization's offices. The copies sent need to be labeled with the spot title, the name of the agency and of the advertiser.

To improve the quality of the projection, we ask that you send an original version, with sound mixed in stereo and heading with color bars and tone reference audio of 1 KHz to 0 Vu (- 9 dB of picometro). The sound modulation picos should not exceed more than 9 dB the reference level.

The campaigns are made up of a maximun of four films and should be sent with cuts every two seconds among them.

 

 

GRAPHIC

It is possible to submit individual works and campaigns of up to four works that are associated with the same advertiser or product. In the case of daily newspaper or magazines, the double page ad will be considered as a single work. In booths, bus shelters and buses, each face will be considered as an independet work.

Digital archives of the work on a CD or DVD (case with the title of the work, the name of the agency and the name of the advertiser) with the following characteristics:

- Format: Jpeg (Photoshop) in high quality.
Resolution: Each archive in two resolutions (72ppp and 300ppp)
Vertical Works Height: 680 pixels/24 cm. and width in proportion
Horizontal Works Width: 936 pixels/33 cm. and height in proportion

In addition, post card will have to send by post to the headquarters of the Festival a photomechanical test mounted to blood on a carton pen white of 5mm. Of thickness:
Measured page: not major of 50 x 35 cm
You fence: not major of 80 x 50 cm

 

PACKAGING

Material:

1. Original Pack. You must send the original Packaging of the product in the way in wich it was marketed (product included).

2. Digital archives of the work on a CD or DVD (case with the title of the work, the name of the agency and the name of the advertiser) with the following characteristics:

-Format: Jpeg (photoshop) in high quality
Resolution: Each archive in two resolutions (72ppp and 300ppp)
Vertical Works Height: 680 pixels/24 cm and width in proportion.
Horizontal Works Width: 936 pixels/33 cm and height in porportion

 

 

PLV

Material:

- Digital archives of the work on a CD or DVD (case with the title of the work, the name of the agency and the name of the advertiser) with the following characteristics:

- Format: Jpeg (Photoshop) in high quality.
Resolution:  Each archive in two resolutions (72ppp and 300ppp)
Vertical Works Height: 680 pixels/24 cm and width in proportion.
Horizontal Works width: 936 pixels/33 cm and height in proportion.

The PLV must be sent disassembled with the necessary instructions for reassembling it.

 

 

MUSIC / JINGLE / RADIO

Material:

A copy in DAT or CD identified with the title of the music/jingle/radio, title of the ad, name of the advertising agency and name of the adevertiser.

- Format MP3

To improve the quality of the audio, we ask thath you send an original copy, with sound mixed in stereo and heading with color bars and tone reference audio of 1 KHz to 0 Vu (- 9 dB of picometro).

The picos of sound modulation should not exceed more than 9 dB the reference level.

 

INTERACTIVE

It is possible to present websites and micro advertising sites, advertising communication work (standard banners and formats, rich media or special formats), e.mail marketing, online campigns and promotional advertising through the internet.

- CD that includes a file of a demo or a presentation (flash, prowepoint) no larger than 1' with a simple animation of how the site functions as well as the content of the site, to be able to show to the judging committee and in the auditorium of the festival if necessary.

For the resto of the works:

A CD ROM or DVD ROM with the title of the work:

The digital material must include all of the additional Plug-ins neccesary for the correct viewing of the work and include a brief description of the work, objectives, on-line media in which it has appeared, tecnical characteristics, technology employed, etc. In addition it is necessary to provide certificaction from the advertiser of the Internet campaign

 

KIDS EVENTS 

Material:

- Panel

- 2 digital archives of the work on a CD or DVD (case with the title of the work, the name of the agency and the name of the advertiser) with the following characteristics:

Format: Jpeg (Photoshop) in high quality
Resolution: Each archive in two resolutions (72ppp and 300ppp)
Vertical Works height: 680 pixels/24 cm and width in proportion
Horizontal works width: 936 pixels/33 cm and height in proportion

- Word document describing the briefing, target market, and results of the campaign (no more than 100 words).


PROMOTIONALS CAMPAIGNS

PERSONALITY OR MASCOT

- If the mascot is real and three-dimensional, send a sample of the personality.

  • Resolution: each archive in two resolutions (72ppp y 300ppp)
  • Vertical works height: 680 píxels/24 cm and width in proportion
  • Horizontal works Width: 936 píxels/33 cm. and height in proportion
- word document describing the values and goals that the media is trying to transmit (maximun of 100 words)

In addition, it is neccessary to provide certification from the advertiser of the execution of the actions mentioned above.
